Strong dominating flavourI tried eating this using the recipe suggestion listed on the packet for a Tofu Curry dip but found the yeast flavour to be really strong and unappealing. Too bad that I have to eat it to get my B12 up!
Cheesy, Nutty AND delicious!I use Savoury Yeast Flakes by Lotus as a cheese replacement on pasta and rissotto. It can also be used to make a creamy cheesy sauce for Vegan mac'n'cheese. Couldn't live without it!!
I love these flakes which healthily and tastily replace cheese in our house.These savoury flakes are delicious. I add them to casseroles, stirfries, on top of beans on toast, in soup etc etc. They're fantastic for vegans as they have B12 too.
